Project
farm
Install one skill into every local coding agent so whichever one you are talking to can triage a request, brief the others headlessly, and verify what comes back.
Focus
GitHub Description
Cross-harness delegation skill for Claude Code, Codex, and Grok CLI.
- Single bash dispatcher wraps `claude -p`, `codex exec`, and `grok -p` behind one read-only-by-default interface.
- Triage protocol spells out when a cold-start worker beats inline work and which harness suits each slice.
- Scrubs harness environment markers before spawning so nested agents detect themselves correctly and never farm to themselves.
Package Links
Farm is distributed as a skill repository: clone it and run `install.sh` to copy the skill into the Claude Code, Codex, and Grok CLI user-level skill directories.

Orchestrator and workers
The agent running the skill detects its own harness, decides which subtasks are independent and checkable, writes a brief per job, and dispatches to the other installed harnesses in parallel with results written to disk.
